The staff was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly. Natalia the host at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She really went the extra mile to care for my entire family. Highly recommend staying here. It's worth the extra few bucks to upgrade to this establishment.

Great location, right off of several highways. There are many chain restaurants and retail stores within a 2 minute drive. Some within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

We cannot speak highly enough of Skip and his extraordinary service. Out late evening arrival was warmed by Skip's welcome and attentiveness to our needs. He promptly directed us to the lobby facilities for our car sick child and expedited our check-in process. Skip distinguished himself with his attentiveness and recognition that our party of 5 required additional resources. He added to his hospitality and warm welcome by immediately identifying this need and informed us of the inn's washer and dryer, a thoughtful solution that proved invaluable. Throughout the evening, Skip demonstrated remarkable dedication by periodically checking on our laundry progress and ensuring our family was able to refresh our items. His conscientiousness and genuine care for our well-being made an indelible impression on us, allowing us to rest easy knowing someone was looking out for our needs. The inn's amenities cemented our selection of Hilton properties for the remaining part of our trip. Breakfast was outstanding, with attentive staff consistently maintaining and replenishing offerings throughout service. Our room was clean, spacious, and meet the needs of our family. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring the sofa bed had clean sheets without the need to makeup on our arrival. We look forward to returning on our next road trip adventure!

We stayed in a 2-queen bed suite which had a double size sofa bed, and I'm glad we chose this hotel for our trip to Starved Rock State Park. The location was convenient as there were many restaurants nearby, and only about 17 minutes away from Starved Rock. The hotel was recently renovated and so was our room, which gives it a nice, bright and modern feel. Our room was also very spacious (almost too spacious! It could have used another chair or bench for seating since the room felt a bit bare). Everything was clean, however, like another mentioned, the grout in the floors is dirty which was a minor issue for me. Just wear slippers! The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was really soft, but sleepable. The TV is on the small side but worked. The room could use more lighting as it did seem a bit dark even with all the lights/lamps on. Shower water pressure was fine. The kids and I were quite impressed with the breakfast spread. It's the typical waffle bar, hot food variety, and cold food options, but I appreciated the small extras which set them apart from other similar class of hotels. For example, there was s'mores flavored waffle batter, mini Belgian waffle maker and regular waffle maker, waffle toppings included chocolate or caramel syrup, whipped cream, strawberries, chocolate chips. The juice bar had extra flavors. Different strengths of coffee and a variety of teas were also offered. The staff were also friendly. If you don't bring water, you can fill up your water bottles near the bathrooms in the lobby. Would stay here again!

The lady checking us in when we arrived was not very friendly or nice. Our reservation was under my brother who is a diamond memeber and was not traveling with us. The lady acted like it was a huge imposition, and was not nice at all. The rest of the staff was amazing. Rooms were clean, excellent continental breakfast.

Fantastic hotel conveniently located near the highway. Spacious room with comfortable bed in a very clean environment. I’ll definitely come back here again!

We booked this on a trip across the country and were happy we did. We booked it in the app and got a digital key. After a long day of driving we just wanted to get into the room. The super friendly staff stopped by to give us a welcome gift for our dog. So thoughtful. The staff was very attentive to everything on the property. There are a lot of services and retail chains to resuplly too. Walmart, Home Depot, Jersey Mikes... This is really the last pet friendly hotel we could stay in until Davenport from the east.
